Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and product information.

• Maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Process orders promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
• Honor warranties, returns, and refund obligations.

Prohibited Products

Sellers may not list:

• Restricted pharmaceuticals.
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights.

Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must ship orders within the stated processing period.
• Tracking information should be provided whenever available.
• Sellers are responsible for packaging products securely.

Seller Performance

Bridge East reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Excessive order cancellations.
• Repeated customer complaints.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Violations of marketplace policies.

Commission and Fees

Marketplace commissions and applicable fees are deducted according to the seller agreement in effect at the time of sale.
